These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by durian (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop") on this website.

Article 1: Application The Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the Shop regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2: Sales Contract A sales contract shall be deemed executed when a user submits a purchase offer to the Shop and the Shop sends a notification of acceptance for said offer.

Article 3: Delivery and Customs Duties Products are shipped from overseas distribution centers. In principle, any customs duties or taxes incurred during customs clearance shall be the responsibility of the user. Details shall be governed by the "Shipping & Delivery" and "Customs Duties" pages.

Article 4: Prohibited Acts In using the Service, users must not engage in the following acts:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
Acts involving the abuse of the return policy or making false declarations.
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.

Article 5: Disclaimer The Shop assumes no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party in connection with the Service.
