The Shop will cover the costs for defective or incorrect items. Returns for customer convenience (change of mind) are accepted only under specific conditions.

■ Return Window Please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

■ Return Conditions Returns are accepted only if the following requirements are met:

  1. The product is unused and includes all original accessories and packaging.

  2. The product has no damage, stains, or lingering odors (e.g., perfume).

  3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by the Shop prior to the return.

■ Defective or Incorrect Items The Shop will handle these cases promptly at no cost to the customer. Please provide photos of the entire product and the specific issue. Depending on stock availability, a refund may be issued instead of an exchange.

■ Customer Convenience Returns

  • Return Shipping: In principle, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Only the product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs and service fees are non-refundable.

■ Return Address After your return request is approved, we will provide the designated return address and an RMA number via email. ※To prevent issues, we cannot accept returns sent without prior authorization or to addresses other than those provided by our team. Please wait for instructions from customer support.
